Process for Getting Your Site Approved

Greener Product Solar can only approve products that have met the requirements as outlined in section entitled "Do I Qualify?".

In order to become approved your property must meet these requirements.

  • Step 1 - Fill out the application form . Once this information is received Greener Product will contact you to confirm that the application has been accepted and quickly review your application.
  • Step 2 - Once your site has receive the initial acceptance a representative will contact you to explain the entire program and answer any questions. At this time you will be asked to sign a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) confirming your interest in participating in the SOLARSMART program. A signed copy will be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to Greener Product's Headquarters office at 8761 Dorchester Rd., Suite 205 North Charleston, SC. 29420 or fax 843.225.5674. Work cannot begin until the LOI is received.
  • Step 3 - Upon receipt of the signed Letter of Intent a representative will contact you to arrange a site visit. During this visit Greener Product will complete a site assessment and upon acceptance present a lease and other applicable documents for your review and signature.
  • Step 4 - When Greener Product has received, reviewed and approved all the executed documents the application will be sent to TVA for the approval.
  • Step 5 - Once the Tennessee valley Authority (TVA) has approved the application the site will be prepared and the system installed.
  • Step 6 - The local utility will then inspect the system and upon approval the system will be energized.
